Playing at the WSOP is about the journey and the experience, and with this comes a ‘not so heard of’ moment or an incident that is happening for the first time in Asia Pacific Poker Circuit.

Do you know a team of 10 Indian poker players from Adda52.com, India’s largest poker site, is all set to visit Vegas? Yes! Adda52.com has always been in the limelight for promoting online poker and running big poker tournaments on its site. Remember, the site had earlier tied up with Asian Poker Tour to enable the best Indian poker players to compete in the global arena.

Similarly at the beginning of 2015, the website ran Fly to Vegas Series offering Indian poker players a trip to world’s premier online poker destinations. The objective behind this promotion was to give Indian players a chance to play in the world’s prestigious poker tournament. The series was stretched over 4 months, and correspondingly four poker players were selected as winners. The four champions – Sumit Sehgal, Abhineet Jain, Muthukumar Rajagopalan and Pranav A are now flying to Vegas.

Joining them would be the members of Adda52 Team Spades – Aditya Sushant, Amit Jain, Kunal Patni and Muskan Sethi, who will be playing $10,000 Main Event and other side events at Rio. Of them, Aditya Sushant stood 94th in Event #23: $ 1,000 No Limit Hold’em – Turbo and Muskan Sethi ranked 55 in Event#55: $ 1,500 No Limit Hold’em (Event #55) of WSOP 2014. Furthermore, Adda52.com’s Founder Anuj Gupta and India’s prominent player Pranav Bagai will also be a part of this journey to World Series of Poker 2015.

Sending a big team to WSOP portrays the efforts of Adda52 as a poker company to promote the Indian talent on global stage while simultaneously ensuring that India poker is well equipped to meet the challenges of the new millennium. This journey will definitely add a zing to the game of poker that is very much needed in our country.
