The Shark.in and Adda52, two premier poker pioneers of India have joined hands to present a first of its kind Online Poker Tournament in India. The biggest prize pool ever offered in cash for online poker in India is up for grabs with Rs. 6 Lakhs at stake. India Online Poker Tour (IOPT), a three day poker tournament is being organized on Adda52, India’s first online poker site in association with The Shark, India’s premier Poker League from 10th to 12th May 2013. It is expected to draw all major Indian poker players for participation.
The tournament pans across 3 days where poker players ante up against each other for a total prize of Rs 6 Lakh in real cash. Players can register with cash or have the option to play satellites on Adda52 to get direct entry to the huge prize money tourneys. Players can deposit money in their Adda52 accounts and get 7 complimentary tickets to these satellites. They can thus use these tickets to enter the satellites and by winning these enter the Main Events. The satellites start from 3rd May and go on till 9th May 2013.
