Adda52 Pledges to Raise Rs.2 Lakhs for Uttarakhand Victims

The online gaming site is running a promo wherein poker players on their site can give up their loyalty points and the site in turn will donate Re 1 for each 100 loyalty points to the Chief Ministers Relief Fund.

Uttarakhand was recently hit by massive flash floods and thousands have been killed and displaced in the state. Through this small initiative, the gaming website is setting a good example for others to follow. Adda52 has a loyalty program wherein poker players registered on their site earn loyalty points each time they play. These loyalty points keep adding up for the players and they can use these to enter tournaments and receive various other rewards.

But through the Adda52 Uttarakhand Relief Fund, poker players of Adda52 can donate these loyalty points and the website will donate Re 1 for each 100 loyalty points. Each player can give a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 1,00,000 loyalty points for the cause. According to the spokesperson of Adda52, “A complimentary entry shall be given to a prize pool of 25K tourney to everyone who surrenders their loyalty points. This tourney will be held on August 8, 2013 at 9 PM.”

Till last count, the website had accumulated Rs.60,000 for the fund and are on track to raise their targeted Rs.2 Lakhs.
