PokerStars’ 11th MicroMillions Championship is Here

The most popular low buy-in tournaments on the virtual felt will underscore $5 million in guaranteed prize money across 100 events.

In addition, the tournament is set to feature a ‘first-ever’ phased event, namely, Event #1: the $1.10 NL Hold’em thereby providing players an opportunity to play the first part the tournament at a time that suits them. It will also offer players multiple chances to secure a seat, and maximum chances to grab a part of the $75,000 guaranteed prize pool. The first flights for Event #1 have already begun and will continue till July 16.

While featuring a diverse range of tournament formats including Phased, Hyper-Active and Progressive Super-Knockout, the tournament has micro buy-ins starting at $0.11 with the biggest stake of $22 reserved for the $1 million guaranteed No Limit Hold’em Main Event, which will take place on July 26 at 14.30 ET.

Furthermore, the most consistent performers across the championship will get to win additional prizes for making the MicroMillions Leader Board, as follows:

  • 1st – Free Sunday Million tickets for six months (26 x $215 tickets)
  • 2nd-9th – 5 x $215 Sunday Million tickets ($1,075 in value for each player)
  • 10th-100th – 1 x $215 Sunday Million ticket

In the 10th edition of MicroMillions Championship played in March this year, Russian players scooped $800,000 in tournament winnings. BgsaPnaples triumphed the 59,648-player in the $22 Main Event bagging the top prize of $110,743 while Ukraine’s PsychoPol clinched the Player of the Series title
