Indian poker players couldn’t have asked for a better start to 2016 than a 1 Crore GTD poker tournament in Goa on the Republic Day weekend. India’s biggest floating casino, Deltin Royale and Adda52.com, India’s largest poker site have come together to announce a poker tournament with Rs 15,000,000 in total guaranteed prize pool. The 1 Crore GTD Main Event will be the highlight of this 6-day series which begins on 21st January.
DPT January 2016 will be organized at the Deltin Royale Poker Lounge onboard Deltin Royale Casino in Goa from 21st – 26th Jan 2016. 5 tournaments including the 1 Cr GTD Main Event will be played in the year’s first poker extravaganza in India. The organizers have lined up a variety of No Limit Holdem events across the series to fulfill the poker appetite of players. Starting the festivities is the 5K Warm up Event (Re-entry) on 21st January. 10K Satellite to the DPT 100K Main Event will table on 22nd January with 10 seats guaranteed. The 100K Main event to be played in 2 days will begin on Saturday, 23rd January. Sunday will see 10K NLH Hangover event alongside the final proceeding of the Main Event at Deltin Royale Poker Lounge. Poker players who rejoice in playing deepstack tournaments will get to play Adda52 25K DeepStack Freeze Out event on Monday, 25th January. The tournament will climax with 10K+5K Adda52 Pro Bounty on Tuesday which is the Republic Day holiday in the country.
To the delight of poker lovers across the nation, hundreds of online and live satellites have been rolled out for the DPT Jan’16 events. Apart from the satellites to the individual events, several full package satellites will also be played online on adda52.com.
