The Star Poker in Sydney opened its doors to the poker-loving masses last week with its inaugural Star Poker Festival that features the APL Million and is set to run from 28 February to 13 March 2017.
Inspired by the success of WSOP Sydney in November and December, which broke almost all previous records with the massive turnouts across the schedule, the Star Poker has joined hands with the Australia Poker League (APL) to create the ultimate poker festival for the live poker players in Australia, a land where poker is at stake right now.
The Star Poker Festival features nine events across 14 days with APL Million Main Event being the highlight event. Players can enter this event with the affordable buy-in of AUS$1,500 and expect to win a massive $1 million guarantee. Aside from the APL Million Main Event, the Star Poker Festival schedule also features various side events ranging from the AU$220 Ladies Event to an AU$5,000 High Roller.
The APL main event has already started two days ago. Adrian Attenborough and Matt Rook topped the first two days. The APL Million will run through seven days with four entry flights, Day 2, Day 3, and the Final Day. Just more days to go for the inaugural Star Poker Festival at the star poker room.

The Sydney Championships is in its 9th year, which will makes it the longest running poker festival in Sydney. This year, the festival promises to be bigger than the previous one. There are 13 events with the AUS$1,000,000 Guaranteed Main Event happening on the last three days. In addition to the main event, there are some other lucrative events offer big guarantees.
