However, the biggest online tourney was the 20 Lac GTD Adda52 Millions, a 6-max event with INR 11K buy-in that features INR 7.5 Lac for 1st place and upto 50% TDS for all ITM players. The popular event went on to become a grand success attracting 252 entries and taking the prize pool to INR 25,20,000, which was shared by the top 18 players, with a min-cash of INR 25,200.
Outlasting the strong field in this event was Bikky Gupta who plays on adda52.com under his online name ‘biks15216’. Bikky faced Vivek Iyer aka ‘viv423’ in heads-up who battled it hard but could not go all the way, eventually finishing runner-up in this event and pocketing INR 4,03200 for his efforts.
The last hand of the tournament came with blinds running 30,000-60,000 where the eventual winner ‘biks15216’ held Kc 2c and ‘viv423’ had Ac 4h. The board ran out Ks 2h As 9h 3s. While the latter found an Ace on the flop, ‘biks15216’ took down the pot and event with two pairs of Ks and 2h.
It was by far the biggest score for Bikky Gupta. Luckily for him, he got entry into this tournament via a free ticket from Adda52. While the player was not available for the comment, he must have been very happy to notch up his best online score by taking down the 20 Lac GTD Adda52 Millions.
The event saw several top pros, regulars and the past winners of the Adda52 tourneys. Some notable players who finished as ITMS in this popular event included the likes of ‘aggtarun’, ‘felter’ ‘TheMagician’, ‘King0fMerge’, ‘bothras’, ‘sweatmyass13’ and ‘darkfish15’ to name a few.
