Yesterday was a big day on Adda52 as the poker site hosted its flagship tournament – 30 Lac GTD Mega Suits. The high-value event featuring a buy-in of INR 5,500 drew a strong field of 554 entries. After several hours of tough battles, it was KC Bhanuprakash aka ‘ChennaiNo1’ who emerged as the eventual winner to take home an impressive INR 5,50,230 for his top-notch performance.
The 2nd to finish in this mega event was Ashish Munot aka ‘ragspoker’ who played well but could not go all the way, eventually finishing runner-up and taking home INR 4,65,621 for his efforts.
The final table of the event had some tough players in Faiz Alam aka ‘TheInternetKid’ (3rd for INR 4,09,149), ‘Nishtheboss’ (5th for INR 1,50,000), Pranay Chawla aka ‘setmeup’ (8th for INR 60,000) and the well-known Sahil Chutani aka ‘bluffme19’ who exited the tournament in 9th place for INR 45K.
Top 55 players were paid out with a min-cash of INR 13,500. Some notables to cash were Abhishek Garg aka ‘thegrinder’ (11th for INR 37,500), Nishant Sharma aka ‘DoJingBULLETS’ (24th for INR 22,500), Siddarth Singhvi aka ‘badtameez_donk’ (32nd for INR 19,500) and WSOP bracelet winner Aditya Sushant aka ‘A_Sushant’ who exited the tournament in 50th place for INR 13,500.
KC Bhanuprakash has cashed several popular tournaments on Adda52. However, it was by far his biggest score on the poker site and he must be very happy by boosting his bankroll with this win.
