2020 WSOP Online: Dan Smith Holds 2nd Largest Stack After Day 1B Of The $25M GTD Main Event

The second flight of the $25M GTD Event #77: $5,000 No Limit Hold’em Main Event of the ongoing 2020 WSOP Online saw 25 out of a field of 114 players advancing after 15 levels of play. They will be joining the 99 players who had qualified from Day 1A for Day 2 of the prestigious tournament.

China’s Xuming “scplayer” Qi bagged the biggest stack of the night (620,372). Following him in chips was high-stakes pro Dan Smith (421,653) who is one of the most-decorated players with over $36M in lifetime earnings and will be looking to add a bracelet win to his long list of accomplishments.

Other notables who progressed from Day 1B of the biggest online poker tournament in poker history included Stefan Burakov (339,041), Simon Higgins (304,491), Laurynas Levinskas (220,587), Sung Joo “ArtePokerTV” Hyun (141,789), Sergi Reixach (132,074) and Steven van Zadelhoff (93,853).
