Tuesday Majors: Sapra Wins Adda52’s The Mint; Hasbe Leads Nano Main Event Day 1B Survivors

With the 1 Crore GTD Nano Poker Series (NPS) underway on Adda52.com, the online action has picked up the pace. Day 2 of the high-value series specifically geared towards low-stakes saw 8 tournaments with seven of them coming to a conclusion. The showstopper tourney of the series is the 35 Lac GTD Nano Main Event. Yesterday saw Day 1B of the tourney that drew an impressive 201 entries, with only 26 of them progressing to Day 2. Bagging the end of the day chip lead was recent Inception winner Prafull Hasbe aka “BulletsBaby” with 362,470 chips. Aniket “Anteman” Waghmare (326,137), & recent Adda52 Millions winner “arusharma” (207,816) rounded out top three stacks.

Day 2 of the NPS ended with a grand success with almost all tourneys crushing their guarantee. There were a total of seven winners, with “dilliwala” ( won 1.5 Lac GTD Nano Mint for INR 25,935) and “DHRUTHA” (won 1.5 Lac GTD Nano DST for INR 44,925) winning the biggest tourneys of the day. The 1 Lac GTD Nano Siesta was shipped by Devrat “vickypune” Singh for INR 24297.

15 Lac GTD The Mint

Running alongside the Nano Main Event on Adda52, the site’s Tuesday flagship, the 15 Lac GTD The Mint attracted a total of 403 entries. Coming out on top of the reg-infested field last night was the former Adda52 Millions winner Sumit Sapra aka “Hammer_Head” who banked INR 3.72 Lac for his win. The APL brand ambassador Sapra eventually outlasted online reg Banmanlang “bml2012” Warr Lyndem (runner-up for INR 2.25 Lac) in the heads-up play to bank INR 3.72 Lac in top prize. Sapra is in terrific form and this win actually happens to be his third flagship title this month.

3.5 Lac GTD Hexagram 

Another major tourney taking place yesterday on Adda52 was the 3.5 Lac GTD Hexagram that pulled in a total of 144 entries. After more than 4 hours of intense play, the former Big Slick winner Karan Radia aka ‘Reg_Slayer’, who has shipped the tourney multiple times before, took it down. Radia banked INR 83,948 in top prize, following a heads-up deal with “aj10kg” (runner-up for INR 79,6777).
