The INR 5500 buy-in tournament accumulated a colossal prize pool worth INR 27.20 Lac via 544 entrants (275 unique players and 269 re-entries). One of the most congenial personalities of the circuit, Raghav Bansal aka “BaLuGaWhAlE”, who was in the news for shipping the 30 Lac GTD WPT Big Game for INR 9.67 Lac and the 30 Lac GTD WPT Thursday Feature for INR 8 Lac last month on Adda52, was back to winning ways on the site last night. He had even come close to winning the WPT India Mini High Roller last month, ultimately finishing runner-up for INR 5.10 Lac. He did one better last night, championing the Godfather to win INR 6.53 Lac prize.

Tez was in terrific form yesterday as he not only final-tabled the Godfather tourney but also championed The Punch on Adda52 for INR 31,705, earning over INR 2.35 Lac for the day.

The other major tourney on Adda52 yesterday, the 5 Lac GTD Monster Turbo sporting a buy-in of INR 2500, also had an eventful run and collected INR 5.56 Lac prizepool on the back of 247 entries.

Online MTT reg Saahib Bawa aka “saahib”, who had grabbed headlines for winning the 30 Lac GTD WPT Super Stack for INR 8.97 Lac at the WPT Online India on Adda52 last month, topped the field to bank INR 1.25 Lac after outlasting Manish ‘manurathi’ Rathi (runner-up for INR 1.12 Lac) in HU.
The 2020 WPT Online India Mini Leaderboard topper Arjun Arora aka “beatthefish66” finIshed third to win INR 66,690.
