ATOC Day 5: Vikranth Varma Wins 6 Max Monday Feature; Parth Aggarwal Leads Main Event Day 1A  Survivors

Adda52’s Adda52 Tournament of Champions (ATOC) series entered Day 5 on Monday. The much-awaited tournament of the glorious 8 crore GTD series, the 2 Crore GTD ATOC Main Event, opened to action with the first of its nine starting flights yesterday. A total of 74 contenders signed up for the multi-day trophy event, and by the end of the play, only 12 players could advance to Day 2.Topping the survivors was Parth Aggarwal “punit7690” who bagged a stack of 226,748 in chips. Vishal “amarkhatri999” Tulsyan (174,138), and “anantbansal” (148,644) rounded out the top three stacks.

15 Lac GTD ATOC 6 Max Monday Feature

Day 5 of the series had nine tourneys running alongside Day 1A of the Main Event. The day`s trophy event, the 15 Lac GTD ATOC 6-Max Monday Feature registered 351 entries, and online reg Vikranth “borntrouble” Varma beat the competition to pick up his first ATOC Trophy, pocketing INR 3.75 Lac for the win. Clinton “clinton_fern” Fernandes came close to winning it but eventually settled for the runner-up payout worth 2.27 Lac. Prateek “dabangg2” Sharma finished 3rd for INR 1.65 Lac.

7 Lac GTD ATOC Helios

The other major tourney of the day, the 7  Lac GTD ATOC Helios recorded 208 entries, and racing past the competition was Anmol “anmol39” Agarwal who banked INR 1.48 Lac, following a 3-way deal with “AreBetaRaise” (runner-up for INR 1.30 Lac) and “arushiagarwal” (3rd for INR 1.17 Lac).
