Wednesday Majors: Manish Lakhotia Wins His Fourth Maverick Title; Akshay Gupta Takes Down La Luna

It was an action-packed Wednesday on Delta Corp’s market-leading poker site Adda52.com, with several exciting events taking place on the platform. Headlining the day’s action on the site was the 15 Lac GTD Maverick. The INR 2,500 buy-in tourney enjoyed an eventful run, pulling a field of 707 entrants and generating INR 16.08 Lac in the prize pool. Coming out on top was none other than the online MTT crusher in Manish “newkidpoker” Lakhotia who walked away with the title and the top prize worth INR 4.02 Lac. Myron “zzzzz369” Pereira placed runner-up and banked INR 2.33 Lac.

Last night’s victory happens to be the fourth Maverick title for Lakhotia who has taken down an impressive three Adda52 Millions tournaments and several other marquee events on Adda52.com.

The other major tourney on Adda52.com yesterday, the 4 Lac GTD La Luna sporting a buy-in of INR 1,800 drew a field of 260 entries to generate a guarantee-crushing prize pool of INR 4.26 Lac. Online reg Akshay “darulerofall” Gupta was the last player standing and won INR 1,10,864  in the top prize. The mystery player “Mantri97” walked away with the runner-up prize worth INR 66,092.

Among other winners on Wednesday, Anupam “anupam_aryan” Aryan took down the Nighttide DST Adda for INR 33,735 after outlasting a field of 120 players. He eventually agreed to a HU deal with Raghav “mrbean98” Ananth who banked INR 33,490 for his runner-up in the high-value tourney.
