Adda52’s 5 Crore GTD Deltin Online Poker Tournament (DOPT) has another three days to reach the finish line. Thursday marked Day 5 of the high-value series and saw a total of eight events crown their champions. It was a fantastic day for Pravin Garle who championed the day’s headliner, the 30 Lac GTD DOPT Thursday Feature, to claim the top score of the day worth INR 7.80 Lac. Thursday also saw the opening flight of the series’ showstopper, 1.5 Crore GTD DOPT Main Event and it was online reg Divanshu Khurana who ended the flight as the chip leader with a stack of 367,394 Chips.

Day 5 turned out to be one of the busiest days of the ongoing series, with the much-awaited 1.5 Crore GTD DOPT Main Event kicking off with its first of the six starting flights – Day 1A. Starting at 8 PM last night, the opening flight of the INR 11K buy-in prestigious tournament logged in a field of 230 entries, and after 29 levels of play, the field came down to 30 survivors. Divanshu “1diot” Khurana (367,394) bagged the end of the day chip lead, while the user “ktr1973” (318,455), DOPT Wednesday Feature champion Siddhanth ‘Sidstack’ Kripalani (262,190), “softyvanilla77” (249,787) and Karan “gogikaran” Malhotra (173,986) rounded out the top five stacks of the day.

The biggest tourney to conclude on Day 5 of the DOPT was the 30 Lac GTD DOPT Thursday Feature. Sporting a buy-in of INR 5800, the Thursday marquee saw Pravin “spanks” Garle coming out on top of a strong 517-entry field to win INR 7.80 Lac, his second-best career score. He outlasted a former DOPT Ultimate winner “Oshuri” (2nd for INR 442500) in the heads-up to claim the coveted title.

The other 3 Lac GTD tourney of the day, the DOPT Jaqk found a winner in Aayush “aayusharya” Arya who banked INR 85,575.
