The much-awaited Nano Poker Series (NPS) hit the ground running on Adda52.com yesterday. Featuring a massive 1 Crore GTD and 5 Lac in the leaderboard prizes, the series got off to a flying start with most of the events on the Day 1 schedule crushing their respective guarantee. As many as 1894 entries were registered for Day 1 and this resulted in INR 7.06 Lac prize money for the day.
Day 1 of the high-value series had seven events, headlined by the 2 Lac GTD Nano DST. The INR 880 buy-in tourney fared well, drawing in 273 entries to surpass its listed GTD and create a prize pool of INR 2.18 Lac. Finally, walking away with the lion’s share of the prize pool was a known reg in Yuvraj “kalidenalii” Bhardwaj who finally outlasted the user ‘shavzz’ (2nd for INR 33,852) to win 56,784.
The second biggest tourney on Day 1 of the series was the 1.7 Lac GTD Nano Inception. The INR 350 buy-in tourney saw the user ‘Unmesh100’ overcoming a field of 446 entrants to win it for INR 30,818.
‘Sureshot448a’ (Won 1 Lac GTD Nano Monday Adda for INR 26250), Prabhat “Bountyhunter1” Kumar (Won 90K GTD Nano Siesta for INR 20,149), ‘shavzz’ (Won 70K GTD Nano Crack Jack for 13,641), ‘Rthakur11’ (30K GTD Nano Battleship for INR 8,700) & Jimmy “milliondollerdream” Arora (Nano PLO 25k GTD for INR 8,379) were the other winners on the opening day of the NPS series.
8 Lac GTD Iron Man
Adda52`s Monday flagship tourney, the 8 Lac GTD Iron Man, drew 374 participants to generate a guarantee-busting prize pool of INR 8.23 Lac. After several hours of intense play, Siddharth ‘gabandheer’ Pandey came out on top to win it for INR 1,68,182. This was Pandey’s second time winning the tourney and he chopped the title heads-up with ‘kothified’ (2nd for INR 1,62,172).

3 Lac GTD Voyager
Akshay “Badsoldier11” Gandharv was the last player in Adda52’s 3 Lac GTD Voyager. He topped a guarantee-busting field of 303 entries to win INR 50,672. The user ‘bablurai’ placed runner-up for INR 46,859, with Kanishka ‘kanishka27’ Samant (3rd for 45,522) taking the final spot on the podium.
