Nikita Luther has made her mark as one of India’s top female poker professionals, playing a pivotal role in elevating India’s presence on the global poker stage. Notably, she is the sole female poker player from the country to have shipped a coveted World Series of Poker (WSOP) gold bracelet.

Hailing from Delhi, this ace poker player is now gearing up to appear on Poker After Dark. She recently took to Instagram to share this exciting news. In a post featuring a photo alongside renowned poker figures Fedor Holz, Yoh Viral, and Charlie Carrel, she tantalizingly captioned the photo with, “Just going to leave this here. #Teaser. Poker After Dark | GAME OF GOLD. Nov 8.”

Poker After Dark, a popular poker television show that first aired in 2007, has garnered a substantial viewership. Although the show was temporarily discontinued in 2011, it made a comeback a year later and has gained a substantial viewership since then. In the upcoming edition of Poker After Dark, 16 skilled players will engage in fierce competition, vying for the whopping $456,000 prize.

Titled “Game of Gold,” the upcoming edition of Poker After Dark is slated to air from November 8th onwards and will be streamed on GGPoker’s YouTube channel. Nikita Luther‘s latest opportunity follows her recent appointment as the brand ambassador of Natural8 India. Her remarkable journey in 2023 has been highlighted by a standout performance at the WSOP 2023 Main Event, where she achieved a remarkable 96th-place finish, earning a payout of $78,900. This achievement even drew the attention of Phil Hellmuth, who took to Twitter to talk about her outstanding performance.
