Crown Melbourne has announced the schedule for the 2017 Aussie Millions Poker Championship, which is set to run from Wednesday 11 January to Monday 30 January at Crown Melbourne, Australia. Sine its beginning back in 1998, it has grown into a world famous series of poker and is attended by majority of the greatest poker players coming from various parts of the globe. The marquee poker festival Aussie Millions 2017 consists of 26 separate poker events with  buy-ins ranging from AUD$1,150 to AUD$250,000. The festival starts on 11 January 2017 with AUD $1,150 Opening Event, which features 4 flights every day through January 14 and brings up an AUD $1 million prize pool guarantee. The first week of the series has a variety of tournaments including an $1,150 No Limit Holdem Shot Clock Shootout, $1,150 Pot Limit Omaha and $1,150 short-handed events. On January 20, one can join in the AUD $2,500 8 Game Mixed Event. Then, the festival brings up high roller events starting from January 20 with AUD $25,000 Challenge and continuing with AUD $1,650 Bounty Event on January 21.

The Main Event Begins from January 22,2017
Later, the Aussie Millions Series reaches its pinnacle with the longest-running Main Event, which runs for consecutive 8 days from Sunday 22 January to Sunday 29 January 2017.
