Recently, PartyPoker hosted the biggest online event in its history, the $5,300 PartyPoker MILLIONS Online. The event proved a huge success and easily crushed its $5 million guarantee. Just last week PokerStars announced a $9 million added $25,000 High Roller for 2019 and now the PartyPoker has announced a $20 million GTD event, which is set to take place between 1-4 December.
By far, it is the biggest prizepool in an online poker tournament history, meaning online players will now be playing for $20 million. The eventual winner of the marquee tournament could pocket around $4 million, which would be the biggest winner prize in an online tournament history.
Ways to Qualify for the Event!
Apart from online satellites and feeder tournaments planned for the year round, PartyPoker has also announced two more ways for players to win a free seat to the marquee event.
Starting February 5, there will be a weekly MILLIONS Online Leaderboard where top 10 spots each week will win entry into the $5,300 buy-in event. A total of $3 million will be given via this promotion which will also include mid and low leaderboards which will award $22, $109 and $530 satellite tickets to the top 20 poker players.
That is not all, PartyPoker will also reward the best players in every PartyPoker LIVE MILLIONS Main Event with 10 seats to the PartyPoker MILLIONS Online or $53,000 in value given out to the top 10 players. This will start with the PartyPokerLIVE MILLIONS Germany on 10-18 February at King’s Casino in Rozvadov, Czech Republic.
