Sunday, 24th January saw some high octane poker action in the on-going Deltin Poker Tournament presented by Adda52. Raghav Bansal won the DPT 100K Main Event for the top prize of Rs 3,060,000. Running alongside the Day 2 of Main Event was the 10K Hangover tournament which Shravan Chhabria triumphed taking home Rs 330,000.
100K Main Event
The DPT 100K Main Event resumed for the Day 2 action with 33 survivors from the Day 1 and it took 13 more levels to crown the champion. Abhneet Jain, Shushant, Sarad Rao and Akshay Limaye were among the early eliminations on Day 2. The field was down to 15 players in Level 17 and Niraj Yadav became the unlucky bubble of the tournament. Once all 12 players were assured of money, the battle to reach the final table begin in which Aman Dhamija (12th), Anirban Das (11th) and Sumit Asrani (10th) fell.

Jaideep Sajwan was the first player to get eliminated from the final table when his Ace-King could improve against Raghav’s Pocket Deuces. The final table lasted for 5.5 hours and in the end it was Raghav Bansal clinching the win. Raghav eliminated 6 player on the Final table to go heads up with Akasah Malik.

The 10K Hangover event of DPT Jan’16 drew 110 runners who ponied up Rs 10,000 creating a prize pool of Rs 110,000. Shravan Chhabria triumphed the field winning the event trophy with Rs 330,000 in the top prize. Shravan beat Vinayak heads up to win the tournament.
The organizers announced to pay 12 places in the tournament keeping the minimum cash prize at Rs 22,000. Jayant Yewale bubbled the tournament and after 3 more eliminations – Sumit Sapra (12th), Deepanshu (11th) and Sujith S (10th), the final table was formed. Here are the final table players:
