The WSOP Circuit To Make Its Debut In Russia from May 13

Partypoker LIVE has recently signed a 4-year deal with the Casino Sochi to become the primary partner for the live poker tournaments in Sochi, Russia for the next four years. To kick-start this significant partnership in style, it will run the inaugural World Series of Poker (WSOP) Circuit event from May 13.

The WSOP Circuit series runs from May 13-27 at the popular Casino Sochi. To the delight of poker players, there will be seven “ring events” wherein the winners will be awarded a WSOP Circuit ring. A whopping ₽243 Million guarantee is to be won during the festival, which equates to approximately $4 Million.

The Main Event of the series will feature the biggest guaranteed prizepool. The ₽66,000 ($1,100) buy-in tournament will see ₽120 Million ($2 Million) guaranteed, a mouth-watering prize pool that is sure to draw the attention of the elite poker players and pros from Russia, Europe and other parts of the world.

Another ring event with a bigger guarantee prizepool is ₽16,500 ($275) Colossus, which has a ₽60 Million (approximately $1 Million) prize money attached to it. Colossus event will be played between May 13 and May 22. In addition, there will be four other ring-awarding tournaments, including the Monster Stack, Super High Roller, High Roller and Closer, each with a prizepool of ₽15,000,000.
