Himanshu Arora Ships Adda52’s First-Ever ‘SnowFall’ Tournament After 3-Way Deal

Himanshu Arora aka ‘pirateking7’ emerged victorious in last night’s ‘SnowFall’, one of the coolest online poker tournaments of the year that guaranteed a hefty INR 10 Lac GTD prizepool at INR 500. Starting at 7 PM and ending at 3:51 AM, this super-value tourney on adda52.com got a big response and went on to attract a huge field with 1900+ entries. After intense battles of close to 9 hours, it was finally Himanshu Arora who took it down for INR 1,20,380 in the top prize after a three-way deal.

When the FT of the event came down to final 3- all the 3 players – Himanshu Arora, Karan Thakker aka ‘karannthakker’ and Abhishek Meena aka ‘tullu123’ made a three-way deal. According to the agreed deal, Thakker took home INR 1,17,710 for his runner-up finish, while the 3^rd place finisher Meena had to settle for INR 1,15,448. The popular regs Deepak Singh aka ‘peacelover’ and Myron Pereira aka ‘zzzzz369’ also made it to the FT in this event. The former finished 4^th for INR 58,751, while the latter exited in 8^th place for INR 15,702. Wilson Yomso aka ‘Kaling’, who recently finished runner-up in PayCheck tourney, finished 10^th for INR 8,117 for his deep run in the tournament.

For Arora, it was not the first score on adda52.com. Currently living in Bangalore, the PSL Team Kolkata Kings member has already made several notable scores on the poker site. Early in July this year, he finished runner-up in Adda52’s One-Time tourney for INR 1 Lac in the prizemoney.

While the winner – Arora was not able available for the comment, we managed an online chat with the runner-up finisher of this event – Karan Thakkar who said, “It feels very exciting indeed! It was a 3-way deal.The best part was that the field was a huge one with 1900+ entries and it’s quite amazing to survive till the end. This was my biggest win so far and I am grateful to Adda52 for having such tourneys”.
