Every Sunday, India’s largest poker site – adda52.com hosts its flagship tournament – Adda52 Millions, an INR 11K buy-in online poker tournament that guarantees a hefty prize pool of INR 20 Lac along with 50% TDS Refund for all ITM players. This past Sunday, the tournament drew a strong field with 204 entries and created INR 20 Lac + in prizepool. Outlasting the field this time was Krishna Vijayvargiya aka ‘radhe_bhaiya’, who took home an impressive INR 4,07,697 for his victory.
On his way to victory in this 6-max event, Vijayvargiya beat a final table that had some good regs in Anish Patra aka ‘anishpatra’ (5th for INR 1,27,500) and Rohan Patnaik aka ‘rohan_patnaik’ (6th for INR 87,720). Moving into heads-up, he had to face a tough fight from Kshitij Mishra aka ‘lucky__fish’ who couldn’t go all the way and finally finished runner-up for INR 3,71,682. The 2017 WSOP bracelet winner – Aditya Sushant aka ‘A_Sushant’ was doing pretty well but he exited in 7th place for INR 72,420. The Adda52 regular – Devang Yadav aka ‘spark123’ finished 8th for INR 56,100.
The top 21 players made money in this particular tournament with a min-cash of INR 18,360. Some other notables who finished ‘In The Money’ were Arjanveer Singh Chadha aka ‘arjan30’ (15th for INR25,500), Zarvan Tumboli aka ‘SavitaBhabhi13’ (16th for INR 25,500), and Mayank Jaggi aka ‘TheMagician’ (17th for INR 25,500). Rajat Sharma aka ‘Oshoswami’ finished 20th for INR 18,360.
Vijayvargiya registered early this year and the journey has been rewarding so far. He has already made several FT finishes in popular tourneys such as Judwaa, Whale 6-Max, apart from making ITM finishes in Godfather, CrackJack, Mega Suits, Maverick, etc. Recently, he finished 3rd in Adda52 Millions but this past Sunday he finally took it down to secure his biggest score on adda52.com.
Post his grand win, we caught up with Vijayvargiya who said, “This was my highest score till now. As usual, the field was tough and I have been a regular at this tournament and have made a couple of second and third finishes in the past. I’m quite happy to finally ship it. Looking forward to play it next week also.”
