This past Sunday was a big day on Adda52 with its flagship tournament – 20 Lac GTD Adda52 Millions taking place. The INR 11K buy-in online tournament that also featured 50% TDS refund for all ITMs drew a total of 190 entries. Outlasting the field this time was Manish Lakhotia aka ‘newkidpoker’ who took home an impressive INR 5,60,000 for his win in this 6-max tournament.
Lakhotia reached the heads-up play with ‘Stackattack7’ who played well but could not go all the way, eventually settling for INR 3,36,000. It was not an easy win for Lakhotia as he had to face a tough final table that had some good regs in Chetraj Mishra aka ‘chetraj1000’ (3rd for INR 2.5k), Sahil Chutani aka ‘bluffme19’ (4th for INR 1.8k) and Jitendra Chordia aka ‘zxcvuiop’ (6th for INR 90k).
Top 19 finishers were paid out with a min-cash of INR 20K. Some notables who made money were Abhishek Garg aka ‘thegrinder’ (8th for INR 55000), Kanishak Samant aka ‘kanishka27’ (9th for INR 45k), Siddarth Singhvi aka ‘badtameez_donk’ (13th for INR 34k), Adda52 Team Pro Tarun Goyal aka ‘aggtarun’ (17th for INR 20K) and Sahil Mahboobani aka ‘ImHighIshove’ (19th for INR 20K).
