Romit Advani Denies Adda52 Team Pro Nikita Luther Mega Suits Win

Yesterday was a big day on Adda52 as the poker site hosted its flagship tournament – 30 Lac GTD Mega Suits. The high-value event featuring a buy-in of INR 5,500 drew a strong field of 564 entries. After several hours of tough battles, it was Mumbai’s Romit Advani akak ‘ft83’ who emerged as the eventual winner to take home INR 7,05,000 for beating a strong field and a tough final table.

The 2nd to finish in this mega event was India’s WSOP bracelet-winning female pro Nikita Luther aka ‘nikitaluther’, who played well but could not go all the way, eventually finishing runner-up for a cool INR 4,11,000. The final table was a little tough as it not only featured Luther, but it also had the likes of Rohit Behal aka ‘kudos0505’ (3^rd for INR 2,73,000), Rohit Mishra aka ‘rohit22rm’ (5^th for INR 1,50,000), Pranay Chawla aka ‘setmeup’ and Anujkumar Kodam aka ‘thekinganuj’ (45,000).

Top 63 players were paid out in this high-value tournament with a min-cash of INR 12,750. Some notables who made money were Jaydeep Dawer aka ‘Armageddon’ (11^th for 33,000), Ivey2 (12^th for INR 33,000), Adda52 Team Pro ‘aggtarun’ (18^th for INR 24,000), Shashank Jain aka ‘felter’ (23^rd for 21,000), Sahil Chutani aka ‘bluffme19’ (32nd for INR 16,500), Adda52 Team Pro ‘KunalPatni’ (55^th for INR 12,750) and Sahil Agarwal aka ‘Bhaijiii’ who exited the event in 59^th for INR 12,750.

 The last hand of the tournament came with blinds running 35k-70k where Adda52 Team Pro ‘nikitaluther’ held As 3s and ‘ft83’ had Qs Kc. After a pre-flop raise from ‘nikitaluther’, the eventual winner ‘ft83’ shoved all-in and ‘nikitaluther’ made the call. The board ran out 8d 7c Js Kd 10h.
