All events on the day wrapped up successfully and the biggest guarantee tournament to crown a winner was the 35 Lac GTD Hold’em High Roller that drew a total of 234 entries, resulting in INR 46.80 Lac prizepool, which got distributed among 24 places. The lion’s share eventually went to online crusher Ujjwal Narwal aka ‘fourteenk’ who shipped the event for INR 12.84 Lac, after outlasting Alok ‘APB1989’ Birewar (runner-up for INR 7.48 Lac) in heads-up.

The biggest highlight of the AOPS Day 9 was the 2 Crore GTD AOPS Main Event that saw the start of its first two starting flights. The first flight – Day 1A of this marquee tourney pulled in a packed field of 316 entries and only 39 players qualified for the event’s finale, which is scheduled to begin this Sunday at 10PM. Topping the field on Day 1A was ‘Revon’ who bagged a massive stack of 269,321 chips. Anurag Srivastava (235,373) and Pranjal Gandhi (201,919) ended second and third in chips.

The second biggest tourney to crown a winner on the AOPS schedule yesterday was the 6 Lac GTD AOPS Stack-up. In the end, it was won by notable online regular Vaibhav Sharma aka ‘alienrobot’ who defeated 432 entries , including the inform Naresh Veeravalli (runner-up for INR 1.5 Lac). Vaibhav walked away with a cool INR 1.93 Lac for his top notch performance in the tourney.

Adda52’s AOPS Warm Up pulled in a total of 389 entries last night to accumulate a prize pool worth INR 4.42 Lac. Topping the field was ‘blue_basilisk’ who walked away with INR 1.09 Lac for his win.
Top 43 places were paid out in the tourney. Neeraj Kumar (3rd for INR 46,482), Ankit Modi (6th for INR 15,494), and Deepak ‘Singh (7th for INR 12,174) were the other notable FT finishers.
1.5 Lac GTD AOPS Knockout
Among other winners on the AOPS Day 9, Srihari Bang aka ‘zombieballs’ took down the 1.5 Lac GTD AOPS Knockout for INR 51,330, after defeating ‘tshr112233’ (runner-up for INR 30,577). Top 30 places were paid out of 171 unique entries and among them Ritesh Tripathi (3rd for INR 23,058), and Anirban Das (9th for INR 4010) were the notable players who made deep finishes.
