The $135 million GTD PokerStars Spring Championship Of Online Poker (SCOOP) witnessed intense action this past Monday. More than a dozen of poker players boosted their bankrolls with large amounts, including four who banked six figure prizes for their top notch performances.
The biggest score on Monday went to Simon ‘ministerborg’ Ravnsbæk who took home $225,008.78 for winning Event #1 High ($215 NLHE Phase 2). He outlasted 11,933 entries that generated $2,386,600 prizepool. Finishing right behind him was ‘beagel 3‘ who walked away with $165,672.37. Luke ‘Bit2Easy’ Reeves added $121,988.38 to his bankroll for finishing third.

Plesuv won Event #73-High ($2,100 NLHE Sunday Warm-Up SE) after topping a strong field of 501 entries to walk away with the lion’s share of the prizepool $1,002,000 worth $177,964.64.Runner-up ‘XxJoaoFeraxX’ missed out on the title but did get a good $132,873.01. Third place finisher ‘zivziv’ banked $99,206.61 for his efforts.

While there were several big tournaments crowning the winners, all eyes were on Day of the Main Event.
