The Asian Poker Tour (APT) Vietnam Hanoi Loyal 2022 is turning out to be a blockbuster series for Team India with three Indians – Shardul Parthasarathi (Won Main Event for a career-best VND 1,929,250,000), Alok Birewar (Won No Limit Hold’em 2 event for VND 191,840,000), and Zarvan Tumboli (Won Deep Stack Hyper Turbo for VND 73,060,000) already scoring victories in the series.
Running red hot among the Indians at the ongoing series is Zarvan Tumboli. The parsi boy is killing it out on the live felts in Vietnam. A little under 24 hours after winning Event #17: Deep Stack Hyper Turbo, he has scored another thumping victory in the series, this time shipping the APT Pot Limit Omaha (PLO) title for VND 71 Million and getting Team India its fourth trophy at the ongoing series.
This is Tumboli’s overall third APT title victory and second in this series so far. “I am speechless. Shipping two events within 24 hours is something even I, myself can’t believe,” said Tumboli.
