Another chapter to the raging debates over the Goa Casinos in the River Mandovi was started when Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar told the house yesterday that the government was formulating rules under which the fee charged will be determined by the size of the casino vessel.
CM Parrikar to Remove offshore Casinos from River Mandovi
Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar today told the State Legislative Assembly that the offshore casinos in the waters of River Mandovi will not be shut down but removed in phases. It is also learnt that the removal will be done over a period of two years.
CCP to seal Goa Casinos offices?
In the latest development regarding Goa Casinos, it is learnt that the City Corporation of Panaji (CCP) has decided to seal the offices of all offshore casinos operating in River Mandovi in Goa.
