Indian poker players especially the MTT grinders were once again in the online arena of poker this weekend to clinch some wins and add more to their online earnings. Be it PokerStars or Adda52, weekend always brings some of the biggest tournaments which draws the largest field of online players battling for the colossal cash prizes and rewards.
This weekend, terabyte11 of Bangalore grabbed the biggest prize of over 6 thousand dollars knocking down thousands of players in the PS $25 NL Hold’em [Hyper-Turbo], $18K Gtd. Running parallel was the 2nd edition of “Fly to Vegas” tourney at Adda52 in which tushmakster and antariksh triumphed the weekend battles multiplying their weightage on the Vegas leaderboard to qualify for the Finale where one will walk away with $10,000 ticket to play in Las Vegas this summers.
Aditya Agarwala who started playing recently under the screen name “adi agarwal” grinded several tourney this weekend winning one, finishing another as the runner-up and in the 8th place in one more. He bagged the top prize of $3,268 in the PS $109 NL Hold’em [Turbo], $10K Gtd while finished 2nd for $2,176 in the PS $109 NL Hold’em [Turbo, Re-Entry], $10K Gtd. Going ahead he played in the PS $265 NL Hold’em [Knockout], $25K Gtd pocketing $1,903 in 8th place which made his weekend poker pot of over $7K.
Adda52 hosted an exclusive tournament this weekend wherein HARSH5757 won the iPad Air 2 beating the field of runners. Sahil AntiloG Agarwal returned to the online turf this weekend with a win in PS $27 NL Hold’em [Progressive Super-Knockout], $14K Gtd pocketing $2,146. Arvindhan went deep in the PS The Big $162, $80K Gtd tourney on Saturday but unfortunately fell in the 11th place adding another thousand dollars to his online earnings. Another Indian player to win a tourney this weekend was Shyam90000 who outplayed the field in PS $55 NL Hold’em [Turbo], $5K Gtd for $1,403.
kanishka27 was having a fantastic run in the PS The Hot $4.40 [Turbo], $10K Gtd but finished off as the runner-up bagging $1,834. kingpaulie took the poker action to the Party Poker winning down the $10,000 Gtd tourney for $2,000 on Saturday.
