The Asian Poker Tour Macau yet another premier poker tournament in Asia and it will be held from October 19th to the 25th at the Casino Lisboa in Macau. The 6 day tournament will see exciting poker action with several crucial events, which include 50,000 High Rollers, 2,500 No Limit Hold’em, 1,000 Deep Stack Turbo, 2,000 Super Deep Stack Turbo, 1,000 Deep Stack Hyper Turbo. Deltin Poker Tournament Powered by Adda52
The biggest tournament series of the DPT ( Deltin Poker Tournament) is back this month from 19th to 24th October at Deltin Royale, Goa. The 5 day series promises the massive guaranteed prize pool of over 1 Crore and features exciting poker action across No Limit Hold’em events, Deepstack, Highroller, Bounty and 6-Max PLO tournaments, thus catering to various types of poker players in India. The 60K High Roller and 30K Main Event will be the major highlight of the upcoming series at Deltin Royale in Goa this month.
Last time, it was Rohit Tiwari who won the 60k High Roller event of the DPT. He defeated a field of 171 players and eventually claimed the title for a massive payout of Rs. 27,70,000. Y J Kim finished as the runner up and earned Rs. 17,45,000. In the 30k Main Event, it was Vikas Singh who emerged victorious. The young poker player Vikas defeated a massive field of 235 players and took home Rs. 17,60,000.
2016 Asia Championship of Poker, Macau (ACOP)
Followed by the DPT ( Deltin Poker Tournament) in October is the Asia Championship of Poker (ACOP) that takes place from October 28-November 13. Hosted by PokerStars LIVE, it is the biggest poker festival in Asia . An official event of the APPT , it is a 17 day series that features the HK$$100,000 buy-in Main Event that promises the biggest guaranteed prize pool in Asian region at a whopping HKD$15,000,000.
All through this poker championship, there will be 17 ACOP Spadies along with 9 smaller buy-in events .
This time around as well, the ACOP will run the HK$250,000 High Roller and HK$500,000 Super High Roller, which come with two optional re-buys and serve as the main highlight of the Asia Championship of Poker. The 2014 found a champion in the adda52pro Kunal Patni who won the HK$ 2,500 No Limit Hold’em-Rebuy for HK$176,200($22,714) in prize pool money. In 2015, the winner of the ACOP was Felix Weis from Luxembourg, who HK$ 440 + 60 No Limit Hold’em – Rebuy and earned HK$ 19,292 ($ 2,489).
