Friday marked Day 6 of the 25 Crore GTD WPT Online India (WPTOI) on Adda52.com and it turned out to be another action-packed day with a whopping 4070 entries coming in to crush the day’s overall GTD and create a huge INR 69.19 Lac in prizemoney. There were a total of 10 events on the day’s schedule, with 9 of them crowning champions. Rajat Mahajan topped the Friday charts as he championed the day’s biggest trophy tournament, the 30 Lac GTD WPT Superstack Classic, to win a hefty INR 7.94 Lac along with a beautiful WPT Trophy. The other trophy event on Day 6 of the series was the 15 Lac GTD WPT Bounty Classic PKO and it was the mystery user ‘ashadcrkm’ who shipped it to win INR 4.52 Lac and a WPT Trophy. 30 Lakhs GTD WPT Superstack Classic (Buy-in INR 7,700)
Headlining the WPTOI Day 6 action were two trophy events. The more prominent of the two was the 30 Lac GTD WPT Superstack Classic. The INR 7,700 buy-in tourney that kicked off at 8 PM drew an impressive 463 entries to surpass its guarantee and create a prize pool worth INR 32,41,019.
Walking away with the title and top prize was the online beast Rajat Mahajan aka ‘Happyfish’ who finally outlasted Poker Sports League (PSL) co-founder Pranav ‘macchi123’ Bagai (2nd for INR 4.69 Lac) to earn a hefty INR 7.94 Lac and a grand WPT Trophy. Mahajan also made three more deep runs that included a 9th place finish in the WPT Bounty Classic for INR 33,523 & WPT Hustle for INR 6,400.
15 Lac GTD WPT Bounty Classic PKO (Buy-in INR 4,500)
The other trophy event on Day 6 of the series, the 15 Lac GTD WPT Bounty Classic PKO, also fared well, drawing in 370 entries to collect the INR 15.13 Lac prize pool that was shared by the top 38 players. After a little over seven hours of play, the mystery player ‘ashadcrkm’ took down the tourney to win INR 4.52 Lac (including INR 74,112 in bounties) and a magnificent WPT Trophy. Online MTT beast, Anant ‘pro_baba’ Purohit, missed out on claiming his career-second WPT title in this particular tourney as he placed runner-up for INR 2.47 Lac (including INR 17,914 in bounties).
1 Crore GTD WPT Unreal Flight 6 (Buy-in INR 499)
Day 6 of the ongoing WPTOI also played host to the sixth FLIGHT of the INR 1 Crore GTD WPT India Unreal. Starting at 7:30 PM, the sixth flight of the INR 499 buy-in event drew 1,119 entries, but only 177 could advance to Day 2. The mystery reg ‘Raven012’ (516,986) ended the flight as a chip leader, while Anand ‘anand1895’ Babu Pallikona (497,635) & ‘Aswinajay08’ (483,402) were the next big stacks. With its Flight 6 in the books, the WPT Unreal has now accumulated 2,857 entries. There are 24 more starting flights still left to play out, with Day 2 slated to commence at 7 PM on August 29.
Avinash ‘avinkon’ Koneru (Won 4 Lac GTD WPT Classic for INR 1.02 Lac), ‘NewBakchod’ (Won INR 4 Lac GTD WPT Multiplier for INR 1 Lac), Bibhu ‘vibhuiit17’ Agarwal (Won 4 Lac GTD WPT Hustle for INR 99,200), ‘mithun0900’ (Won 3.5 Lac GTD WPT Late Night for INR 85,750), Aditya ‘konstantin’ Singh (Won INR 2.75 Lac GTD WPT Alpha for INR 61,579), ‘LuvAA’ (Won 2 Lac GTD WPT Daily Warmup for INR 54,900) and ‘Yk114’ (Won 30K GTD WPT PLO for 8,700) also shipped WPTOI titles on Friday.

Online beast Ankit Wadhawan (389 points) continues to top the charts, with Raghav Siddalanga (387 points) and Ashish Ahuja (379 points) rounding out the top three spots on the leaderboard.
