Santosh announced all-in preflop with a stack of over 2,000 which Sujith and Tejas called. On the flop of c6h1h3, it was Tejas moving all-in with his remaining stack Sujith again called to reach the showdown.

Eka eliminated in a 3-way action

Rishabh who won the 10 Lac GTD Main Event in October announced all-in preflop which Satya called. It was Eka again calling which put him all-in. The 3-way showdown had:

Rishabh was leading the hand with his ladies. h9d10s1 on the flop gave a pair to Eka and a straight-draw to Satya. But, with hq on turn Rishabh became the most favourite while c6 on the river completed Satya’s Straight. Rishabh collected the side pot surviving in the tournament while Eka got eliminated in the process.

Rohit busted in preflop war

Rohit was all-in preflop to which everyone folded except Tejas. At the showdown:

Srinivasan doubles up through Vijay

As we reached Table 5, we found Srinivasan all-in on a board of c2dqd1c7. Vijay tanked for a while and finally made the call. Srinivasan’s c1d8 was better against Vijay’s hjc10. With h2 falling on river, Vijay lost the pot missing the straight and got his stack damaged.

Guru among the early eliminations

On Table 1, action started with Sushnat open raising to 400 while Guru 3-bet 800 to see the flop c2c9h3. Sushant bet 1,200 to which Guru shoved his remaining stack and Sushnat snap called.

Guru needed help from the remaining 2 community cards but unfortunately d5d3 didn’t help him survive. Sushnat collected the pot while Guru took the re-entry.

The opening event of the series brings 2 Lac in guaranteed prize pool for a buy-in of Rs 2,500. The action will kick off with each players getting a stack of 5000 at blinds of 25/50 which goes up every 20 minutes. A late registration window is open till the 5th level of play and players have an option of a re-entering too till Level 5 of the game.
